Each product is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because our products are handcrafted, the characteristics described above are not considered quality defects.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, tailored, dry cleaned, damaged after delivery, or otherwise modified are not eligible for any return, exchange, credit, or claim.
Custom orders, pre-orders, specially sourced items, personalized products, and blouse stitching services are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
All purchases made at exhibitions, festivals, cultural events, trunk shows, vendor markets, pop-up shops, and similar events are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We carefully package all orders to help ensure safe delivery.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ameyaa Collections is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact Ameyaa Collections within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve any verified fulfillment errors.
Ameyaa Collections' liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall Ameyaa Collections be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.
